C-HR Toyota Rewards Visa Card

Beginning October 1, 2019 through November 4, 2019, all customers leasing or purchasing a MY19 C-HR or MY19 Camry Hybrid will receive a $500 reward Visa card!

This prepaid reward Visa card is accepted anywhere Visa cards are accepted, including gasoline stations and possibly even your own dealership’s Parts & Service Department!

Customers will receive their reward Visa card within 8 – 10 weeks from the submission of the RDR and receipt of the redemption request form. Please note Terms and Conditions in the attached form that apply to the U.S. Bank reward Visa card promotion. Cards will not be processed until the $500 Visa Reward Card Redemption Request Form has been received and verified to the RDR.

 

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

Customer purchasing a new, unused and unlicensed, from dealer’s ground stock inventory is entitled to the $500 Visa Reward Card if they meet the following conditions:

  1. Purchase or lease a new, unused and unlicensed 2019 C-HR or 2019 Camry Hybrid out of dealer group stock inventory during the program period and registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
  2. Complete and sign this request form.
  3. Offer is not transferable

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. The Dealer and Customer must complete and sign this form.
  2. Submit the completed form to: [email protected]
  3. Submission for reimbursement must be received by Friday, November 8th, 2019.
  4. Please allow eight to ten weeks from receipt of request for card delivery.
  5. Incomplete or illegible submissions will result in a delay or non-issuance of card.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Offer valid on any new, unused and unlicensed, vehicle (as specified on page one) out of dealer’s ground stock inventory during the program period and registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
  2. Toyota is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  3. Fleet purchasers are excluded.
  4. Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
  5. Offer void where prohibited.
  6. Ineligible sales:
    • All category “J” car and truck sales.
    • All TMS Special Purchase Program (Type Sales Code 02) car and truck sales.
    • Vehicles reported sold during the program period and subsequently rolled back.
    • Vehicles sold in violation of Toyota’s export policy.
    • Vehicles traded from one dealership to another are ineligible for the trading (sending) dealership.
    • All vehicles sold to conversion companies.
    • Vehicles sold to a broker, used-vehicle dealer, or any other reseller that are not delivered to the ultimate consumers during theprogram period.
    • Vehicles that are not officially registered with the appropriate state motor vehicle department.
    • Vehicles utilizing dealer or other similar plates which preclude the need to register the individual vehicle with the appropriate state motor vehicle department
    • Vehicles placed in dealer demo service.
    • Vehicles purchased through authorized Toyota auctions.
    • For Sales/Travel contests, sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to anyone account in the same program month

The following sales will be ineligible unless explicitly approved by Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc.

  • Vehicles registered to any Toyota distributor or dealership or to any business corporation in which any Toyota distributor or dealership has ownership interest
  • Vehicles sold to a Distributor-owned or Dealer-owned rental company.
  • Sales of more than 20 vehicles of the same series/model to any one account in the same program month
  • All certificates are subject to audit.
  • Any rollback or invalid certificates will be charged back to the selling Dealer.
  • All matters of program eligibility and qualification will be conclusively resolved by Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.
  • Toyota Motor Sales reserves the right to change product specifications at any time without incurring obligations.
  • One coupon per retail transaction.

The Toyota Rewards Visa Card cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. $500 Toyota Rewards Visa Card must be used in accordance with terms and conditions therein.
